9/12 Candidate: Andy Goss For Arizona CD8

The Patriot Standard Should Be The American Standard

An Arizona native, Hugh was born at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale, Arizona in 1967. Although he did some traveling to different bases throughout the U.S. where his Father Keith was stationed, he has spent most of his life right here in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
He attended Cartwright Elementary School, Palm Lane Elementary School, and Borman Junior High School. Hugh Graduated from Maryvale High School in 1985 where he was a member of the National Honor Society, Battalion XO in JROTC, participated in the Marching Band’s percussion section, competed in Track & Field events plus Junior Varsity and Varsity Football.
Right out of High School, he enjoyed playing in the newly formed Arena Football League where he was a member of the Arizona Renegades as a free safety, slot back and kicker. An unfortunate injury sidelined him from continuing his athletic career but he still enjoys participating in flag football leagues and never passes up seats at a Cardinals game.
Never afraid of hard work, Hugh managed to hold down two jobs while attending Glendale Community College full time to obtain his Associates degree in Accounting before continuing on to earn his Bachelors in Accounting from ASU West.
As a CPA Hugh enjoyed working in the home and commercial building industries where he climbed the ranks from an Accounting Clerk to CFO. During his time as a Corporate Accountant, Hugh was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for companies with revenues up to $200 Million. He was the Liaison between accounting and other department heads to help in the budgeting and forecasting process for each department. Hugh has received numerous awards for his management and accounting skills, including Top 3 in the Western Region Increase in Controllable Income, Process Improvement Awards, (which saved a company in excess of $1 Million per year). Currently working as a private accountant, he enjoys the opportunity to help small business owners manage their costs and analyze their business processes to achieve financial success.
You can often find Hugh and his Mother Janet enjoying some leisurely fishing on one of the many lakes in Arizona, or hard at work on his Desert Hills horse ranch that he and his finance’ Noreen have been remodeling. He is also an active horseman who welcomes the challenge of a new sport and supports the Arizona western lifestyle.

We are proud to announce Jim Deakin as a 9/12 Candidate.

ALEX WANTED TO HAVE HIS VOICE HEARD BY CREATING HIS OWN SIGNS AT A RECENT RALLY. MR. DEAKIN HOLDS THE 1017 PAGE BILL.
Jim Deakin is happily married with three (3) beautiful daughters. Jim has been a resident of Arizona since 1989. Jim is not a career politician, but is an Arizona Businessman who is frustrated with the direction of our government and representatives. To understand Jim Deakin the candidate, take a moment to get to know the history that has shaped his life and beliefs.
Jim Deakin is the eldest child of Jim Deakin, Sr. and Judy Deakin. Jim attended grade school in the Los Angeles California area. During the early 1970’s desegregation was a big deal and Jim was bussed from a small predominantly immigrant community in Downey CA. Jim Deakin, Sr. has had polio since he was 3 years old. The experience of growing up in a “handicapped” family taught Jim, Jr. that special needs have no influence on intelligence. In 1976 the family moved from California to Oregon. Jim’s parents purchased a small farm where they had horses, cows, pigs, chickens and goats. Jim learned a lot about responsibility on that farm. How others relied on him and the importance of the little things in life. Jim loves the Ocean. Jim spent a lot of time at the ocean and at the Oregon State Marine Science Center. Jim loves the Ocean so much that he assisted his mom to establish a 4H club for Marine Science.
Jim Deakin graduated from Dallas High School. Jim was very interested in the Marine Sciences and decided to attend Long Island University, Southampton Campus. School was great and all that was promised, but the field of Marine Science was very competitive for very few jobs. Jim joined the US Navy to become a UDT/SEAL. Jim could not pass the “Float” test to get a chance to try out for the UDT/Seal training. Jim learned electronics as a Sonar Technician and became an Anti Submarine Warfare specialist during the Cold War. Jim finished school and was assigned to “Reuben James” FFG-57. Since leaving the Navy, Jim has continued his education and electronics and the fire protection, security and life safety trades. Jim spent the 1990’s learning and building business for others. In 2000, Jim started his own companies that provide design, and construction of fire protection and life safety systems. Jim will work be working hard to bring light into the darkness of politics. It is said, a no name candidate cannot win. Jim Deakin believes that a message of FREEDOM and LIBERTY is important to the people of Arizona and necessary to the United States of America.
President Reagan inspired Jim to be a better American, and a better person. To think that the American people are better for themselves than the federal government could ever provide. Americans are more caring and giving than any other nation in the world, even with government taxes, social security, Medicare and other “entitlements” that we all pay for from our payroll tax deductions, we still find more time and money to donate to private charities, churches, homeless shelters, and the thousands of not for profit organizations formed for everything from owls to oceans, whether on our shores or around the world.
Americans are an amazing giving and generous people. Our caring led us to rebuild Europe, Japan and many other countries after the great World Wars. Our caring leads us to recognize human rights violations and fight against them. Our charity abroad feeds people all over the world. Our organization, training and caring send our first responders to the many places of disaster, to help recovery and rebuilding after wars, terrorist acts, and natural disasters of all kinds. Our technology in cleaning water supplies is bringing fresh drinking water to areas that have not had clean water for decades. The world does not hate us because we are powerful; the world loves us because we go out of our way to help others with no thought to our own safety or benefit. The people that say America is hated are jealous that their countries do not make the same benevolent efforts that we have been making for more than two centuries.
Pay no mind to the rhetoric of “World Leaders” and “Big Box Media” they speak to the jealousy, not the feelings of the people around the world. Americans have done, and will continue to do, more than any other country in the history of the world to promote the freedom and human rights around the world.
You should vote for Jim Deakin because politicians cause our problems. Those politicians then campaign as being against those problems. During election time, the politicians tell us how they are going to stop “Pork” and “Earmarks” and “Balance the Budget”. After the election is won, it is business as usual. This cycle must be stopped. We need new people with real American ideals, principles and values in Washington D.C.
Personal message from Jim Deakin:
Freedom is a gift from God. It is not in the nature of Man to alienate this gift; to voluntarily become a slave. If our government will not listen to our voices and heed our call for self control, then we will control it. We will replace every incumbent politician and bureaucrat in Washington D.C.
Thank you, www.912Candidates.org for the generous opportunity to have the story of my campaign featured on your website. Principles and Values are what made this country strong. Principles and Values are what will keep the United States of America the greatest country on Gods BLUE Planet.
The time is now to honor the success of our forefathers. Remember that you are free men and women speaking for the blessings of Liberty. If we do not make our voices heard, if we do not stop this out of control tyrannical government, slavery will be our future and the future of our children.
Freedom is a gift from God! It is not a benefit of government.

Personal message from Jesse Kelly:
Dear Patriot:
The founding principles that made our country great are under attack. Our constitution is under attack. Our free markets, our private property, our access to health care choices, and our individual liberty are not rights that will endure without those willing to fight for them. Ronald Reagan once famously said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.” We are that generation! Either we stand now and fight for our country, or the great United States of America may be but a fading memory. For too long we have stood by and watched as our beloved constitution is trampled under foot by self-serving politicians. No more. Now is the time for all of us to choose whether we will lie down and devote ourselves to mindless chatter or whether we will put on our political armor and do battle for the nation that has given us so much. I’m going to Washington to fight once again for my country. It is different than the battles I have fought before as a United States Marine but the goal is the same. The goal is liberty. But I cannot do this alone. This is the time to get involved.

On September 12, 2001, the day after the United States worst terror attack, politicians stood together as Americans. There were no Republicans or Democrats, no politicians promoting their race, religion, sexual origins, or other special interests, there was only politicians putting America first.
For this brief period, Politicians had principles and values that stood in line with the principles and values of our Founders Fathers and some American still hold dear.
We, The People of Arizona are looking for candidates of any Political office in Arizona that share these Principles and Values every day of their life, not just in times of crisis.
If you are willing to hold the title of American before a Republican, Democrat or other Party title and are willing to serve The People of this beautiful county and not own self interest, please contact us. Thank you and GOD BLESS AMERICA.
Before you are accepted as a 9/12 candidate, there is a contract to be signed.
If you know a candidate or would like to support somebody matching the above, we love to hear from you. We all need to work together.
