4:00 am

Yes, 4:00 am.  Some people don’t believe there is a 4 in the morning, some have never seen it on their watches.  Well, trust me: there is a 4:00 am.  I’ve been there, and one day last week I spent some time recording this video.  I’m embarrassed by the quality of the production, but I’ve gotten good compliments on the content of this video, and it seems destined to slip out beyond its intended audience.

Here is my message to constituents and candidates:

Please free to share it as needed.

    Jacob,
The content and raw production of your 912 Candidate Manifesto video is extraordinary! So glad to be working together with you and 912Candidates.org in this great effort. Thank you for your service to our country and God Bless.

You're quite welcome. I've drafted another "comerical" type video that will be the subject of this evening.

The one's I've currently made should do a good job to help promote things. We just need to get them out in your circles.

I am a homeschool mom who wants to do what I can where I can to help out in bringing our country back in line with what our forefathers set up. Thank you for this site, I have posted your video and link to my blog. I have also begun the process of requesting our local representatives whether they believe in these same values and if they will sign a contract. Thanks for you and your family's service to our country.

This is an awesome site and I'll be sharing it with my local 912 group at our meeting tomorrow night. I'm on board!

Jacob- I just posted the two videos above, a second version of "Your Turn", and your Manifesto
at http://www.thenational912project.org. Is that all good? The videos are so well done and very compelling! Sounds like you may have another soon to be released. I'll watch for it. Please let me know if you need anything.
    God Bless,

    Nancy,

You are welcome. I would like to thank you for helping share this site with others. The more people we get involved. The better chance we have of getting things moving forward

  • jacobroecker said,

    Thanks Jan!

Might I also suggest that you email the this to your friends:

Thank you for your support so far. I appreciate it.

Jacob- Kudos brother. You've identified the problem, but the real heart of the problem is not just that our politicians are corrupt and amoral- it's that our people are corrupt and amoral. The liberal vote will always go to those who promise weaker moral standards, "free" money, less work, less accountability. The change first has to occur in the voters, in the communities. This is why B.Hussein is using Saul Alinsky's methods to first gain contol of the hearts and minds of the o-bots. He knows that it's just a matter of time before they can impact/infect the rest of the country. What we have here is a law of moral thermodynamics- entropy… We need to reignite the fire. We cannot legislate morality- we have to be moral and as you correctly point out- vote for moral people. Thank you for caring about our country and taking a stand.

Thank you for your website Mr. Roecker. I am your U.S. Navy brother and I will be sure to use your resource each time I head to the polls in VA to see if you have a candidate. I saw a link on the912project.com to your site.

  • jacobroecker said,

    Thanks Don.

I really thought the video was quite bad. I guess the message outweighs the production quality.

  • jacobroecker said,

    Thanks Jim!

Great to see you here. I don't meet too many Navy folks here! I'll keep the site up for you when it's time for the polls, but might I suggest you send "The American Standard" to some of your friends via email and see if they'll help me FIND 9/12 Candidates?

Jacob, I like the idea of having Candidates sign a pledge, but as you know that doesn't always make them keep their promises. About 2 years ago I came up with an idea that could make them do just that, keep their promises. Check out this idea and let me know what you think http://statesmen4america.org

I am having trouble getting it off the ground, any ideas.

    Roger:

I appreciate you coming here and commenting. There's a lot of folks with a lot of different ideas working to change our government. This one takes up about 3 hours of my day–every day. I have been calling tea party organizers personally, waking up at 3:45am, and pushing forward a little bit each day. I've had to make a few videos (something I haven't done in a while) to promote the site, write speeches, collaborate with an editor, and lots more.

This is one of many of the projects I have tackled in life–it wont be the last. Here's one thing I've learned: Just because an idea has merit doesn't mean that the people you tell it to are going to be as passionate as you are in making it happen. In fact you'll rarely meet someone else who's as passionate. It generally takes a very very large base before someone like that shows up.

With this project I'm still working on that base. I will likely be working on that base for some time to come.

I don't tell you this to discourage you. Your idea is valid, and it's going to take a lot of work to get off the ground. You've got to be the one to believe in it enough to carry it forward through the awkward initial stages.

    Good luck!

It's about 4 am over here on the East Coast, so I can relate to your passion and dedication to our great nation. Thank you Jacob for putting this site together, but most of all for your service. You are here for a reason and America should be proud of patriots like yourself. I'm putting together notes for my monthly "We Surround Them" meeting tonight, and your website is not only inspirational, but exactly what we should be doing. Somehow I came across your blog -God calls us in awesome ways sometimes, and He is now smiling upon you!

  • Tara said,

I found this site in a post on Foxnation.com and im glad I checked it out I have now book marked this site and will visit it daily
Thank you sir for your Service it is greatly appreciated

  • jacobroecker said,

    Thanks for coming to visit.

It takes a lot to help get the word out about this site. It's nice to know the word's getting out. In fact, I've spent more time trying to get folks to this site that I haven't been able to keep up with its maintenance–I'm a bit behind. I need to organize pages for each of the 5 states and start getting folks assigned to coordinate the efforts at state levels.

Will you tell others this is here? It's a credible option to changing our government and it works in harmony with many of the other solutions being proposed. Thanks a lot for being here. It's nice to know people are starting to realize that "We the People" means that "We're the solution!"

  • jacobroecker said,

Thank you. Kind words are always welcome here.

You must have had good parents.

Tell them I said thank you!
