NC Government

 The State government of North Carolina is made up of 3 branches.

1. The Executive Branch is the Governor, Lieutenant Governor and the Cabinet.

2. The Judicial Branch is made up of all of the courts in the state, from the Superior Court to the District Courts.

3.  The Legislative Branch is made up of the General Assembly.  The General Assembly is the NC House of Representatives and the NC Senate.  This is the part of our government that makes laws.
