Welcome to our Texas 912Candidates Website. We invite you to join us. Help us find candidates for elected office, both in our great state of Texas and in the national government in Washington, who are willing to speak the truth and respond to their constituency. Together we can return our government to the way our Founders designed it to be.
As our great President Abraham Lincoln said in the Gettysburg Address:
“It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us — that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion — that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain — that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom — and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
We have a difficult task before us. So let us begin.

I am no longer a Texan but I think you should consider Jeb Hensarling as a 912 Candidate. I do not know him personally but I have followed him some and he seems to fit the profile. (He is a very distant relative but we have never met).
